Happy Birthday Vikram!
Guess where Actor Vikram was on his birthday today (April 17)? He was at Vidya Sudha, an initiative of the Sri Ramachandra Learning Centre for children with special needs. He distributed sweets to the children and spent a little more than an hour with children suffered from Autism, Dyslexia, Down’s Syndrome and other disabilities.
Vikram is a patron-cum-brand ambassador for this 15-month-old institute. He visited the institute earlier on Holi and this time he recollected to the children what he had spoken to them. He sang rhymes such as ‘Incy Vincy Spider’ and ‘Johnny Johnny What Pappa’ to the children who happily joined him in chorus. “It’s strange why such beautiful and happy children are disowned by their parents,” he said sadly. Vikram is a regular visitor to this institute and keeps track of what is happening there. Good work, Vikram!
